Pratt and Whitney geared turbofan engine (GTF) has been placed on a A230neo aircraft to be used for a low-cost air service for Mexican airline, VivaAerobus. The first flight was successfully accomplished from Monterrey to Guadalajara, Mexico accumulating a total of 9hrs and 32min in flight time.
